There is no better yoga studio than outdoors with a 360 degree view of the Canadian Rockies, miles away from any road! It really is spectacular to be enjoying the incredible sensation of flying through these mountains, only to be left to the serene and quiet surroundings on a mountaintop. And our guide, Martha, also brought along an incredible lunch to enjoy-in one of the better picnic areas you can experience!
